Workspace settings
Workspace name, logo, language, timezone, comment-listening window, and other defaults.
Settings → General controls the workspace-wide defaults. Changes here apply to every teammate and every automation.
Only workspace owners can edit these settings. See Team members for roles.
Workspace profile
| Field | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Workspace name | Shown in the sidebar, on invoices, and on teammate invite emails. |
| Workspace logo | Square image, at least 256×256px. Shown in the sidebar and emails. |
| Default language | The language for system messages (Conversation auto-closed…), email digests, and new flow defaults. |
| Timezone | Used by Timer nodes, scheduled exports, and the date range picker. |
Changing the workspace name does not change the URL slug — that stays the same so existing links keep working.
Default language
Affects:
- The wording of system events visible in the inbox.
- The language of billing alerts and analytics emails.
- The starting language of new flows from the template library.
It does not restrict the language of DMs your team or bot sends — those are per-flow.
Comment-listening window
How long Tuku listens for new comments on a post after it's published.
- Default: 30 days.
- Range: 7 to 90 days, depending on plan.
- Posts older than the window stop ingesting new comments. Old comments stay searchable.
Most brands leave this at 30 days. Increase it if your content has a long tail (evergreen tutorials, product demos that keep getting found via search). Decrease it if you want tighter attribution windows.
Handoff rules
Workspace-wide rules for when the bot should stop and route a conversation to humans.
- Sensitive keyword list — words that, when a buyer types them, flip the conversation to
Human. Defaults are seeded per locale; add your brand-specific words. - Repeated mismatch threshold — how many times the bot re-asks a quick-reply question before escalating. Default 2.
- Out-of-flow messages — what happens when a buyer DMs you on an old conversation. Default: route to humans.
See Human handoff for the inbox side of this.
Tags
Manage the workspace-wide tag list:
- Create new tags.
- Rename a tag — applies the change to every contact and conversation using it.
- Merge two tags — combines them and removes the duplicate.
- Delete — removes the tag from every contact. Irreversible.
Keep this list lean; it's the foundation of every segment, filter, and downstream campaign.
Data export and deletion
- Export workspace — a ZIP of contacts, conversations, flows, and analytics as CSVs. Sent to the workspace owner's email.
- Close workspace — schedules account deletion in 30 days. See Plans & billing → Close your account.
Both actions are restricted to workspace owners.
Integrations
A separate Settings → Integrations page handles the live connection to your TikTok creator account. See Connect TikTok for how to set that up.
