Plans & pricing

The Free plan, what Pro unlocks, when to talk to sales about Enterprise, and how to choose without overthinking it.

Every Tuku workspace starts on the Free plan. You can connect TikTok, build automations, send real DMs, and track qualified leads without paying anything.

You only upgrade when you outgrow 100 Monthly Active Contacts (MAC) — usually after your first viral post.

What every plan includes

Every plan — including Free — gives you:

  • Comment-to-DM automation across every video on the connected account.
  • DM keyword triggers, any-comment triggers, and post-level targeting.
  • The flow builder, the template library, and unlimited automations.
  • Randomised public comment replies so DMs never look robotic.
  • The shared inbox.
  • Engagement and automation insights.
  • All four supported languages: Thai, English, Indonesian, Vietnamese.

The Free plan adds a small Tuku branding line to outbound DMs. Pro and Enterprise remove it.

The plans differ in how many unique buyers you can DM each month, how big a team can use the workspace, and a set of advanced inbox features below.

What unlocks on Pro

The Free plan is deliberately minimal. Pro adds:

  • Unlimited user seats (Free is one seat).
  • Up to 5 TikTok accounts in one workspace.
  • Advanced automations.
  • Shared team inbox with auto-assign, custom labels, and inbox rules.
  • Role-based permissions so you can lock down who can see what.
  • Inbox team analytics — response times and volume.
  • Email support.
  • Tuku branding removed from outbound DMs.

Coming soon on Pro and Enterprise

The full AI stack is being rolled out and is marked Coming Soon on the pricing page:

  • AI Replies — AI answers FAQs based on a knowledge base you upload.
  • AI Comments — AI replies to comments and continues the conversation in DMs.
  • AI Qualifier — give the model instructions for qualifying leads automatically.
  • Knowledge Base UI behind those AI responses.

Until those ship, AI features are not available in the product, regardless of plan.

What Enterprise adds on top of Pro

Enterprise is the answer for high-volume teams that need more than Pro can offer:

  • Custom MAC volumes beyond 500,000.
  • More than 5 TikTok accounts in one workspace.
  • A dedicated support contact.
  • Onboarding and team training.
  • Custom invoicing and payment terms.
  • SLAs available on request.

Pricing is tailored to your volume and needs — Talk to sales on the pricing page.

How MAC works (so the numbers make sense)

A MAC = one unique TikTok user that interacts with you in a billing month, either by sending you a DM or by commenting with a trigger keyword on a tracked post. Same user, ten DMs = 1 MAC. Next month, same user = 1 new MAC.

People who only comment without matching any trigger don't count. A buyer who reaches you off-platform, with no DM exchange, doesn't count.

So 100 MAC really means: "I can have 100 different conversations this month." It's plenty to prove Tuku works on your actual content.

For the full rules — including the 80% / 95% / 100% warnings — see Plans & billing → Monthly Active Contacts.

Picking a plan

Most operators land on a plan like this:

  • Day 1 → Free. Run the first automation, see real DMs go out, decide if you trust the tone.
  • First viral post → start the Pro trial. Once you blow past 100 MAC, kick off the 7-day Pro trial the night before your next big push, not the morning after. The cheapest Pro slot is $9/mo on annual.
  • Scaling up → bump the Pro slider. The MAC ceiling moves to match your campaigns; you keep the same Pro feature set.
  • Multi-brand, multi-account, or above 500K MAC → Enterprise. Talk to sales.

You can change plans at any time. Upgrades kick in within a minute; downgrades happen at the end of the cycle so you don't lose MAC you've already paid for.

What you don't pay for

Tuku does not bill for:

  • Sending DMs (any volume to existing contacts).
  • Receiving DMs (other than counting unique senders as MAC).
  • Number of automations or flows.
  • Number of videos covered.
  • Public comment replies.
  • Extra user seats on Pro (they're unlimited).

You're paying for unique buyers reached per month. Everything else is included.

Payment, taxes, and invoices

Paid plans run through Stripe.

  • Cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX where issued.
  • Invoices are emailed to every workspace owner on the day of charge, and stored under Settings → Billing → Invoices.

Tax (VAT/GST) is calculated by Stripe based on the country on file. Update your billing country in Settings → Billing to keep your invoices clean for accounting.

Cancelling

No contracts on monthly plans. Cancel from Settings → Billing → Cancel at any time:

  • You keep paid-plan features until the end of the current cycle.
  • The workspace then drops to the Free plan automatically — your data isn't deleted.
  • Re-subscribing later picks up where you left off.
