What is Tuku?
A two-minute overview of what Tuku does, in plain language.
Tuku is a tool that turns the comments on your TikTok videos into private DM conversations — automatically. It's built for TikTok creators and businesses in Southeast Asia.
You don't need to write code. You don't need to set up a server. If you can write a TikTok caption, you can run Tuku.
The problem it solves
A viral TikTok post will get hundreds of comments like:
PRICE?LINK plsshade?ขายเท่าไหร่คะmasih ada stok?
Every one of those is a buyer raising their hand. Every one of those is a sale waiting to happen — if you reply in the next few minutes.
Most brands can't. The team is asleep, busy on Live, or buried under DMs from yesterday. The comments scroll away. The orders never happen.
What Tuku does
When someone comments on your video, Tuku can:
- Reply in the comment with one short line —
ส่งราคาให้ทาง DM แล้วค่ะ ✨— so everyone watching knows what to do. - Send them a DM with the price, the details, and a clear next step toward buying.
- Let your team take over the moment a customer needs a real human.
- Trace every conversation back to the exact comment and video that produced it.
That's the entire product. Everything else — analytics, templates, the inbox — exists to make these four things easier to run at scale.
What Tuku is not
- Not a chatbot for your website. Tuku only works inside TikTok.
- Not a Meta tool with TikTok bolted on. We started with TikTok and we only do TikTok.
- Not "AI" replacing your team. The bot handles the obvious 80%; humans handle the 20% that matters. The hand-off is the design, not an afterthought.
- Not a CRM. Contacts live in Tuku, but if you need salesforce-style pipelines or marketing automation across channels, Tuku isn't that tool.
How it feels in practice
A buyer comments ราคา at 9:47 PM. By 9:47:08 PM:
- A short public reply sits under their comment.
- A DM is in their inbox with the price, two shade options, and a clear next step.
- A new conversation appears in your Tuku inbox, tagged with the trigger that fired it.
The buyer picks a shade and tells the bot they're ready. The conversation is qualified and waiting for your team — already tied back to that 9:47 PM comment.
You wake up. You see five qualified buyers from overnight, each linked to the comment that started them.
