Create a Tuku account, set up your workspace, and connect TikTok in under five minutes.
You don't need a credit card to sign up. The Free plan is real — 100 Monthly Active Contacts, every feature, no time limit.
Before you start
Have these ready:
- The email you want to use for the workspace. Whoever owns this email owns the workspace.
- Access to your TikTok creator account. You'll need to log into it during the connection step.
Step 1 — Create your account
- Go to console.tuku.co and click Sign up.
- Enter your email and pick a password.
- Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link inside.
- You're now logged in.
Step 2 — Create your workspace
A workspace is the container for one brand's automations, contacts, inbox, and billing. A single account can be a member of multiple workspaces, but most operators just need one.
In the onboarding screen, pick Create a new workspace, then:
- Enter a workspace name — usually the brand name (
Hydra Cosmetics,Bua Café, etc.). - Pick the workspace language. This is the default language for system messages, not a restriction on what your DMs say.
You'll be dropped into the workspace, on the Free plan.
Step 3 — Connect TikTok
The onboarding tour walks you through this. The full reference is in Connect TikTok, but in short:
- Click Connect TikTok in the welcome banner (or under Settings → Integrations).
- Sign in with the creator account that posts your videos.
- Approve the scopes — read comments, send DMs, read your post list.
The TikTok card should now read Connected with a green dot.
Step 4 — Run your first automation
The fastest way to know if Tuku fits your workflow is to make one real automation fire on one real comment.
Follow Your first automation — it takes about five minutes and ends with a real DM landing in a real inbox.
Inviting teammates (optional)
You can invite teammates from Settings → Members → Invite member.
- They get an email with a one-click join link.
- They sign in with their own email, not yours.
- The Free plan supports 1 seat. Pro and Enterprise both include unlimited seats.
See Team members for roles and permissions.
Common signup snags
- Verification email didn't arrive. Check spam, then click Resend on the sign-up screen. If still missing, try a different email provider.
- "This TikTok account is already linked to a different workspace." Each TikTok account can only live in one Tuku workspace at a time. Have the existing workspace owner disconnect, or use a different TikTok account.
If something else goes wrong, see Troubleshooting — the most common signup issues are covered there.
